Are you looking to create a high-reliability culture that reduces errors and improves overall team performance through mindfulness practices?
What is Mindfulness@Work?
Mindfulness@Work is a leadership and organisational program that merges the compassionate leadership approach of Metta with the expansive, deep application of mindfulness reflected in Meta. This program supports leaders and teams in developing both mental resilience and emotional stability, fostering clarity, focus, and composure in the face of complex organisational challenges. Mindfulness@Work is designed to enhance both individual and collective outcomes, such as improved performance, reduced risk, and increased engagement.
Why Mindfulness@Work?
Organisations and their leaders today require more than just surface-level mindfulness techniques to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Metta@Work offers a holistic approach, helping participants apply broad, deep mindfulness techniques to align personal growth with organisational objectives. This program integrates Metta’s human-centred principles of compassion and empathy with Meta’s focus on deeper cognitive and emotional mindfulness, driving sustainable results.
The Mindfulness@Work program emphasises organisational mindfulness, based on principles outlined by Weick and Sutcliffe (2006), which has been shown to enhance high-reliability in complex environments. Organisations practising collective mindfulness experience a 50% reduction in operational errors and a significant increase in their ability to detect and mitigate potential risks before they escalate (Weick & Sutcliffe, 2006). This program integrates mindfulness into leadership practices, fostering greater situational awareness, adaptability, and resilience across teams, leading to improved organisational performance and decision-making.
By focusing on mindfulness across leadership and team dynamics, Mindfulness@Work helps foster high-reliability environments, leading to sustained success in fast-paced, complex settings.
